OUR PROCEDURE

How to book a hotel

Option 1

If you are a new visitor to Sri Lanka we advise you to select the hotel Via Sri Lanka map. Then you can choose the area you need to visit and can select a hotel on your taste from that particular area (eg. Beach/forest/ mountain/ nature etc) from the map. And you can do the reservation by filling the booking form.

Option 2

If you are familiar with the hotels by name you can directly select the hotel name and can fill the form for reservation

How to pay

You can pay Online or by TT / Bank transfer and your payment is secured, further, we are directly responsible for your payment. As soon as you pay online you will get a confirmation of payment to your email, And we will confirm the reservation within 24 hours by email and a text massage (SMS) to your mobile phone.

Cancellation of booking/reservation

If you need to cancel your reservation please inform us before 72hrs to the arrival date and your money can be refunded after a charge of USD 50 as a nominal fee of cancellation.
